Cellulose Extraction Thimbles

The extraction thimbles are manufactured from cotton linters with a high alpha-cellulose content which makes them high-purity thimbles that possess mechanical strength and outstanding retention capacity. They are thermally stable up to 100°C. The inner diameter, outer length, round bottom and wall thickness are defined according to the norm DIN 12449. They are especially suited for all routine extractions: fat extractions, extraction of lipids from eggs and egg-containing products, softeners, additives, monomer components in plastics and rubber.
